Terms and Condition, Private customer

Please read through our terms and conditions before you place an order in our shop online. Our terms and conditions are in accordance with Swedish law. When placing order in our shop online, you have agreed to our terms and conditions. If you have any further questions, you are welcome to contact our customer service at info@vintagebyfe.se.

PRICE

All prices are incl. 25% VAT. Please choose currency, SEK or EURO.

DOMESTIC DELIVERIES

Orders within Sweden are shipped using DHL Service point to your local delivery point. Notification will be sent out by text message or mail as soon the package is ready to be picked up. Delivery time is between 1-3 days. Freight cost is 39SEK, orders for more than 500SEK is freight free in Sweden.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (outside of Sweden)

Orders outside Sweden are shipped by domestic Post office. Delivery time is between 2-5 days. Freight cost for deliveries in Europe is 7EURO.

PAYMENT

Customers can pay with bank or credit card. Swedish customers can also choose cash on delivery(postförskott) or Klarna invoice. When using cash on delivery, a delivery fee of 40SEK will be added to the invoice. Order must be picked up within 10days of delivery to local service point. If the package is not picked up within these days, 250SEK will be incurred, this covers Vintage by Fé’s cost
for sending and returning the delivery. When using Klarna invoice, an invoice will be sent out when package is delivered. Payment must be done within 14days after receiving the invoice. When choosing Klarna invoice, an administrative fee of 29SEK will be added to the invoice. If the invoice is paid late, a reminder fee of 50SEK and 26% interest will be charged.

RETURN POLICY

Purchased products may be returned to Vintage by Fé within 14dasys after delivering. The item/items must be returned in an original condition in the original packaging. Freight costs for returns are at the customers own expense. Please use the return note below when sending products back to Vintage by Fé.
